Donna Price earned her master’s degree in special education from Northeastern Illinois University before relocating from Chicago to Conyers with her husband in 1996. They raised their daughter in Conyers, where she graduated from RCPS. Donna’s career included 19 years as a K–8 educator and 29 years in instructional technology support in both Chicago and Conyers. She retired from RCPS in 2025. As both a parent and an employee, she experienced RCPS from two perspectives and saw firsthand the strength of its instruction, curriculum, and professional learning support.

Although Donna has always been active in her home and school communities, this is her first opportunity to serve in a formal nonprofit leadership role. She is eager to bring her experience, commitment, and collaborative spirit to the RCPS Foundation.

Donna is inspired by the efforts of RCPS students and wants to help strengthen their college journey through scholarship support. She also deeply values the dedication of RCPS staff and has seen how mini‑grants provide the financial boost needed to bring creative, high‑impact strategies to life. She looks forward to the focused, collaborative work the Foundation will accomplish together.
